Canuck Place is North America's first free-standing hospice for Children. The model for Canuck Place is Helen House, England's first hospice for Children, founded in 1982. Canuck Place has accomodation for eight children, from infancy to sixteen years. In addition, it has two family suites, each providing accomodation for as many as four persons.
